Warehouse Operations Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Executive to manage daily warehouse activities and ensure smooth operational flow. The candidate should have good computer knowledge, inventory handling experience, and strong coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations

• Handle inventory management and stock tracking

• Monitor inward and outward stock movement

• Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse records

• Track products available in the warehouse

• Coordinate with QC and internal teams for smooth operations

• Conduct warehouse audits and ensure process accuracy

• Update inventory and operational data in the system

• Ensure proper documentation and dispatch coordination

Required Skills:

• Basic to advanced computer knowledge

• Experience in inventory management

• Familiarity with warehouse audit processes

• Hands-on experience with inventory/billing software (Shopify preferred)

• Good coordination and supervision skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Preferred Candidate:

1–3 years of experience in warehouse or operations role

Responsible and detail-oriented

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
