Job Title: TeleSales Executive – Smart Home AutomationCompany: Nautomation Pvt. Ltd.Location: Moradabad (Office-Based)Experience: 0–2 YearsSalary: Fixed + Attractive IncentivesAbout the RoleWe are looking for a confident TeleSales Executive who can connect with customers over calls and explain Nautomation smart products like touch switches, smart locks, and QR Video Door Phone (VDP).

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall potential customers and explain Nautomation products
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales
• Share product details via WhatsApp (images, videos, demos)
• Explain features like:
• App control
• QR-based video calling
• Multi-user access (family phones)
• Follow up with interested customers
• Maintain call records and lead status
• Coordinate with field sales team if required
• RequirementsGood communication skills (Hindi / Hinglish must)
• Basic smartphone & WhatsApp knowledge
• Confident and convincing speaking style
• Ability to handle customer objections
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
• Preferred CandidatesExperience in Telecalling / TeleSales
• Knowledge of smart home or electrical products
