Job Title: Floor Incharge
Department: Production / Operations
Job Summary:Responsible for supervising daily LPG bottling/refilling operations, ensuring safety compliance, smooth production, machine monitoring, and manpower handling on the shop floor.
- Key Responsibilities:Supervise cylinder filling, sealing, and handling operations
- Ensure safety standards, SOP compliance, and PESO guidelines
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance
- Maintain production targets and reduce downtime
- Handle manpower, shift activities, and safety records
- Ensure proper cylinder inspection before dispatch
- Requirements:ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering preferred
- 1–5 years of experience in LPG/plant operations
- Knowledge of filling machines, plant safety, and shop floor operations
