Job Title: Plant Operator
Department: Production / Operations
Job Summary:Responsible for inspecting LPG cylinders during bottling operations, ensuring quality standards, safety compliance, defect identification, and proper documentation.
- Key Responsibilities:Inspect cylinders for leakage, weight, valve condition, and sealing quality
- Perform pre-fill and post-fill quality checks as per SOPs
- Identify defective cylinders and maintain inspection records
- Ensure compliance with safety and PESO guidelines
- Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams for quality issues
- Requirements:ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in LPG/industrial quality inspection
- Knowledge of testing tools, safety procedures, and filling operations
