Job Description

  • Job ResponsibilitiesSource and recruit candidates for Electrician, Smart , and other field positions.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, from candidate sourcing to joining.
  • Conduct telephonic screening and coordinate interviews.
  • Use job portals, social media, referrals, and local networks for candidate sourcing.
  • Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment reports.
  • Coordinate with candidates and clients for interview and joining schedules.
  • Achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets.
  • EligibilityQualification: Graduate preferred.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in recruitment; freshers with good communication skills can apply.
  • Experience in blue-collar/field recruitment will be an advantage.
  • Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
  • Comfortable with high-volume recruitment and target-based work.
