• Maintain stock records and update inventory details in the system regularly.
• Handle inward and outward material entries, including proper documentation and filing.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the concerned department for replenishment.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and operational reports using MS Excel and other computer applications.
• Ensure proper storage, organization, and tracking of materials while supporting general administrative and computer-related tasks.
