Job Description

  • Maintain project-related files, records, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, clients, and employees.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
  • Maintain attendance, leave, and manpower records for the assigned project.
  • Handle project correspondence through emails and phone calls.
  • Prepare letters, reports, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and other administrative documents.
  • Monitor project schedules and follow up on pending activities.
  • Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Accounts, and Compliance departments for project-related requirements.
  • Maintain employee documentation, joining records, and site-related data.
  • Ensure proper filing and document control for audits and inspections.
  • Track office inventory, stationery, and project-related materials.
  • Arrange meetings, maintain calendars, and record meeting minutes.
  • Support billing documentation and client submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and project procedures.
  • Perform any additional administrative tasks assigned by management.
