Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Interior Designer with 2-3 years of experience in designing restaurant or QSR outlets. The candidate will be responsible for creating innovative interior concepts, 3D visualizations, and layout plans while ensuring adherence to brand standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and visual presentations for QSR outlets.

Develop interior design concepts, space planning, and layout drawings.

Prepare detailed design drawings and coordinate with project execution teams.

Work closely with architects, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.

Conduct site visits and monitor design implementation.

Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.

Ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines and operational requirements.

Revise and improve designs based on management and client feedback.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in interior design, preferably in QSR, retail, or hospitality projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.

Strong understanding of space planning, material selection, and interior detailing.

Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
