Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant / Accounts Executive to

support our finance and compliance functions. This role o􀆯ers exposure to fund

accounting, regulatory compliance, and financial operations within the investment

management industry


Key Responsibilities

 Manage fund accounting and maintain accurate financial records

 Handle GST compliance, including filings and reconciliations

 Oversee TDS calculations, deductions, and returns

 Assist in finalization of accounts for Income Tax purposes

 Perform bookkeeping and maintain proper accounting records

 Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, and external consultants

 Ensure compliance with SEBI, tax, and other regulatory requirements

 Prepare financial reports, MIS, and supporting schedules
