Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and statutory compliance for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting entries in Tally Prime / Tally ERP

• Sales and Purchase invoice accounting

• Bank, cash, payment, and receipt entries

• Vendor and customer ledger reconciliation

• GST return preparation and filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Return)

• TDS calculation, return filing, and reconciliation

• E-invoicing and E-way Bill generation (if applicable)

• Monthly bookkeeping and account finalization support

• Preparation of MIS reports and management reports

• Follow-up with customers for receivables and vendor payment reconciliation

• Coordination with CA, auditors, and tax consultants

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience

• Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime

• Hands-on experience in GST and TDS compliance

• Good understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience in bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny

• Knowledge of Excel, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and financial reporting

• Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records
