Job Description
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable
- Hands on experience in all types of reconciliation
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and statements
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for financial transactions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation
- Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
