Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Bookkeeping & Ledger Integrity: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including accurate recording of transactions and regular bank/vendor reconciliations, to maintain clean and updated ledgers for clients.

Tax Compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax): Execute the end-to-end process for statutory filings, including GST returns, TDS deductions/returns, and Income Tax filings, ensuring 100% adherence to deadlines and regulatory mandates.

Financial Statement Finalization: Perform the comprehensive year-end closing process, including the preparation of final accounts (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow Statements), ensuring alignment with accounting standards.

Audit Support & Execution: Actively participate in internal, statutory, and tax audits by preparing audit schedules, compiling supporting documentation, and resolving auditor queries to ensure smooth completion.

Regulatory Documentation: Maintain robust, systematic documentation for all financial and tax records to ensure the client remains in a constant state of "audit readiness".

Data Accuracy & Quality Control: Perform high-level reviews of accounting entries to ensure data integrity within the firm’s accounting software (e.g., Tally, Odoo), minimizing the risk of errors in reporting or filings.
