Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
• Record and reconcile financial transactions.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare GST returns, TDS filings, and statutory compliances.
• Maintain books of accounts using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Process vendor payments and customer invoicing.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare MIS reports, P&L statements, and balance sheets.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banking partners.
• Ensure timely payroll support and employee reimbursements.
• Maintain proper financial records and documentation.
• Support budgeting and financial planning activities.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
• Expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
