Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Accounts
- Maintain entries (sales, purchase, expenses) in Zoho Books
- Manage receivables & payables (follow-ups + scheduling)
- Bank reconciliation & GST coordination with CA
- Order & Production Coordination
- Coordinate with masters, vendors & internal team
Vendor & Purchase Management
- Track fabric/job work orders
- Maintain vendor records
- Coordinate payments & follow-ups
Dispatch & Documentation
- Prepare invoices, challans, e-way bills
- Maintain dispatch records & coordinate logistics
- Maintain office records & documentation
