Job Description
Accounts & Finance
• Prepare salary sheets and payroll.
• Maintain cash flow reports.
• Process daily payments.
• Prepare Income & Expense statements.
• Calculate artist royalty.
• Generate invoices.
• Follow up client payments.
• Utility payments.
HR·
Prepare employee letters and NDAs.
· Post jobs.
· Conduct first-round interviews.
· Maintain employee records.
· Onboarding & exit formalities.
Compliance·
TDS payments.
· PF & ESIC returns/challans.
· PF & ESIC registrations.
· GST coordination with CA
Administration·
Maintain MIS and invoices.
· Inventory support.
· Bank documentation.
· Travel bookings.
· Update contact records..
Timing: Morning 9:45 to Evening 7:30
Working Days - Monday to Saturday
