Accounts and Finance Executive

Title - Finance & Accounts Executive

Glutape India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Executive who can independently manage end-to-end accounting operations with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities -

• Handle complete accounting in Tally Prime
• Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Prepare MIS, Cash Flow, P&L Margin & Outstanding Reports
• GST, TDS workings and statutory compliance
• Bank, Vendor & Customer Reconciliations
• Banking transactions, vendor payments & import remittances
• Import accounting, invoice booking & costing verification
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors & internal departments
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance

Required Skills -

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles
• Tally Prime
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• GST & TDS
• Bank Reconciliation
• MIS Reporting
• Import Accounting (Preferred)
• ERP/CRM knowledge (Preferred)

Who Should Apply -

We are looking for candidates who have hands-on experience managing the complete Finance & Accounts function, can work independently, and take ownership of financial operations. Experience in Manufacturing, Trading, or Import-Export companies will be preferred.

Experience: 2+ Years (4+ Years Preferred)

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (Preferred)
