Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate record-keeping, and support compliance requirements, especially within an export-oriented business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records in Tally (sales, purchases, expenses)
• Manage invoicing, billing, and payment tracking
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance (including exports & imports)
• Support export-related financial documentation including BRC and compliance
• Assist in GST filings and statutory compliance (as required)
• Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and documentation
• Support preparation of financial reports

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting/finance roles, preferably in an export-oriented firm
• Working knowledge of Tally, Excel, Gmail, and invoicing tools
• Understanding of GST and basic taxation
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
• Basic communication skills sufficient for email correspondence

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in trading or export-oriented companies
• Familiarity with financial documentation and SOP-based workflows (optional)
