Accounts Executive

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The role involves preparation and recording of sales and purchase invoices, verification of supporting documents, and maintaining proper accounting records. The candidate will handle GST-related work including data entry, reconciliation of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and matching with GSTR-2A/2B, along with assisting in filings and resolving discrepancies. Responsibilities also include bank reconciliation, managing daily banking transactions, and monitoring cash flow.

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for tracking receivables and regularly following up with clients for outstanding payments, as well as maintaining accurate debtor ageing reports. The role also includes processing vendor payments, ensuring timely disbursements, and reconciling vendor accounts. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, good knowledge of GST compliance, proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software like Tally, and strong communication and follow-up skills.
