Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting principles and experience with Tally ERP 9 software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records using Tally PRIME & ERP 9.
- Bank Reconciliation: Regular reconciliation of bank statements to ensure accuracy.
- Invoicing: Prepare and manage sales and purchase invoices efficiently.
- Debit & Credit Notes: Generate and manage debit and credit notes as required.
- GST Compliance: Assist in GST calculations, filings, and coordinating with the CA for timely submissions.
- TDS Management: Ensure accurate TDS deductions and payments within stipulated deadlines.
- Export Documentation: Handle and maintain all necessary export-related financials
