Job Title: Admin Executive


Company: SHB Herbals Private Limited

Location: Mahim,Mumbai, Maharashtra


Job Summary


SHB Herbals Private Limited is looking for a proactive and organized **Admin Executive** to manage day-to-day administrative activities while supporting Accounts and Purchase operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess good communication and coordination skills, and be eager to learn and grow with the organization.


Key Responsibilities


Administration


* Manage day-to-day office administration.

* Maintain company records, files, and documentation.

* Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and service providers.

* Handle office correspondence, courier management, and general administrative tasks.

* Ensure proper record keeping and document management.

* Monitor office supplies and arrange purchases when required.


Accounts Support


* Enter daily accounting transactions in **Tally Prime**.

* Maintain purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries.

* Assist with bank reconciliation and expense tracking.

* Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.

* Coordinate with the Accounts team, auditors, and Chartered Accountant.


Purchase & Vendor Coordination


* Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers.

* Obtain quotations and compare prices.

* Negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing and timely delivery.

* Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for smooth procurement.

* Maintain vendor records and purchase documentation.

* Verify supplier invoices and maintain proper records.


Required Skills


* **Must have knowledge of Tally Prime.**

* Good negotiation skills.

* Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.

* Strong record-keeping and documentation skills.

* Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

* Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

* Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to multitask.


Qualifications


* Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), BBA, or any equivalent qualification.


Experience


* **Freshers are welcome to apply.**

* Candidates with relevant experience in Administration, Accounts, or Purchase will be given preference.
