Job Description
About the Role
Blue Gems and Jewels Limited is seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple priorities, and able to maintain confidentiality while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior management.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and minutes of meetings (MOM).
- Follow up with internal teams on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain records, documents, and confidential information in an organized manner.
- Assist in planning and coordinating business meetings, events, and client visits.
- Handle travel bookings, accommodation arrangements, and expense management.
- Support management with data compilation, MIS reports, and business presentations.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
- Perform general administrative and office management duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Executive.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
