We are currently looking for a smart, confident, and dedicated Receptionist cum Accounts & Admin Executive who has basic knowledge and understanding of accounting, office administration, and communication skills.


This role offers excellent practical exposure and learning opportunities in Co-operative Housing Society accounting and administration work.

  • Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandling front desk and receptionist activities
  • Managing office administration work
  • Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
  • Preparing Bank Vouchers and Cash Vouchers
  • Passing Receipt & Payment Entries
  • Maintaining society accounting records
  • Drafting and writing Minutes of Meetings (AGM, SGBM & Committee Meetings)
  • Handling and resolving society complaints professionally
  • Coordinating with society members and committee members
  • Negotiating AMC and service prices with vendors
  • Follow-up with vendors and service providers
  • Maintaining files, documents, and office records
  • Skills RequiredBasic knowledge of Accounts and Tally/MS Excel
  • Good communication and drafting skills
  • Professional attitude and confidence
  • Ability to handle administrative work independently
  • Good negotiation and coordination skills
  • Willingness to learn society accounting and compliance work
