Sales HeadRoles & Responsibilities
• Drive Sales & ensure Target of the Airport SPA Outlets are achieved.
• Monitor sales on Daily basis and Shift basis across all outlets.
• Drive customer-centric sales initiatives focused on customer experience, retention and repeat business.
• Derive strategies for optimum usage of Spa Rooms, Inventory and manpower productivity.
• Monitor and improve outlet-wise sales performance through regular reviews and corrective action plans.
• Ensure achievement of Membership, Renewal, Upsell and Retail Sales targets.
• Track daily productivity of Sales teams, Therapists and Front Office teams.
• Drive walk-ins of Airport passengers and conversions through effective consultations and customer engagement.
• Maintain strong focus on customer satisfaction, service quality and repeat business.
• Manage escalations and approvals from Airport Authorities as and when needed.
• Coordinate with HODs, Operations, Marketing and HR teams for seamless sales and operational execution.
• Lead PMS, performance tracking and capability development of the Sales team.
• Conduct training, retraining and performance coaching programs to enhance team capability and productivity.
• Build a culture of accountability, discipline and high-performance sales execution.
• Manage attendance, rostering, deployment and manpower productivity across outlets.
• Create strong relationships with Airport Authorities, stakeholders and internal leadership teams.
• Maintain high levels of employee engagement, motivation and team discipline.
• Drive continuous improvement in sales productivity, customer experience and operational excellence.
Must Have
• Ability to take pressure and manage high-pressure business environments.
• Ability to operate in Dynamic airport eco system.
• Prior experience of handling Airport team is a must.
• Proven experience in handling a sales/service team size of minimum 150+ employees.
• Experience managing Cluster Managers, Area Managers and multi-level reporting structures.
• Strong capability in conducting sales and behavioral training programs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to regularly interact with HQ leadership and provide business updates.
• Ability to handle remote operations while not in the shift.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and team management capabilities.
• Willingness to operate in round-the-clock shifts.
• Ability to drive performance, accountability and team capability enhancement.
• Experience in target-driven Retail / Service / Wellness / Hospitality environment.
• Strong operational understanding of sales, customer handling and outlet management.
• Ability to handle escalations, crisis situations and customer complaints effectively.
• Experience in driving revenue growth, memberships, renewals and customer retention.
• Strong focus on discipline, execution and process adherence.
• Age preferably above 36 years.
- Must have handled turnover of 20 to 24Cr.
Preferred
• Must have worked in SPA / SALONS or Retail outlets at Airports.
• Preferred experience in a national Retail / Service / Wellness / Hospitality brand operating across multiple cities.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Age preferably above 36 years.
• 15 years of total experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of Airport Retail Sales experience as a Leader.
• MBA in Sales & Marketing / Retail / General Management preferred.
• Strong understanding of Retail Sales KPIs, Outlet Performance and Customer Retention metrics preferred.
• Experience in handling high footfall and fast-paced retail environments preferred.
