 *Role Objective*

The Application Support (IT) – Trainee will provide first-level technical and application support for NBFC business systems such as Loan Management Systems (LMS), CRM, Collection, and other internal applications. The role is designed to build strong IT and fintech support capabilities while actively promoting Gender Diversity and Inclusive Hiring.

*Key Responsibilities Application & IT Support*

• Provide Level 1 support for NBFC applications (LMS, CRM, Finance, Collections, etc.)

• Log, track, and update incidents and service requests in the ticketing system

• Assist in basic troubleshooting related to application access, data issues, and workflows

• Escalate unresolved issues to L2 / L3 IT or product teams

*Business & Operations Support*

• Coordinate with Operations, Credit, Sales, and Finance teams

• Support system usage during business-as-usual and peak operations

• Assist in user onboarding/offboarding and access management

*Documentation & MIS*

• Maintain application support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base

• Update trackers and prepare basic MIS reports

• Ensure accuracy, data security, and compliance with internal IT policies

*Learning & Development (Trainee Focus)*

• Learn NBFC technology architecture, workflows, and compliance processes

• Participate in structured IT and application training programs

• Gradually take ownership of independent support tasks

• Graduate in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, BCA, BSc IT, or related discipline
