Qual. Diploma in Architectural Assistantship, or ITI in Draughtsman ship
Exp.- 1-3 Yrs.
Age- 23- 30 Yrs.
Job Location - Malad East.
Salary- 25000 to 40000 PM or more for deserving Candidate.
Job Description-
Architectural draughtsman creates detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp) based on architects' concepts. They assist with site measurements, revise drawings, and ensure compliance with building codes and standards. Key skills required include proficiency in CAD, attention to detail, and strong communication for team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities -
Drafting: Create, edit, and update 2D architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and sections. Technical Modeling: Develop 3D models and renderings for presentations.Documentation: Assist in preparing detailed working drawings, submission drawings, and construction documents. Site Coordination: Assist with site visits to take measurements and verify site conditions. Compliance: Ensure all drawings follow local building codes, regulations, and design standards. Collaboration: Work with architects, structural engineers, and project managers to refine designs. Required Skills and Qualifications
Software Proficiency: Strong skills in AutoCAD (2D/3D) are essential; familiarity with SketchUp, Revit, or BIM is a plus.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of drafting techniques, construction methods, and materials. Attributes: Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and good communication skills.
