Job Description
Job Title: DSA – Home Loan Mumbai
Location: Mumbai (Hybrid – 2 days/week office visit)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
Job Description:
We are looking for experienced Direct Selling Agents (DSA) for Home Loans who can drive business through strong market connections and sourcing capabilities. The ideal candidate should have a solid network with builders and existing DSA channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source home loan cases through open market, builder, and DSA networks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate builders and connectors
- Ensure consistent lead generation and file login
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and disbursal
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Home Loan / Mortgage / LAP sales
- Strong connections with builders and DSA agents
- Proven ability to generate business through own network
- Target-driven and self-motivated
Compensation:
- Salary up to ₹9 LPA
- Attractive incentives based on performance
Target:
- Achieve business target of ₹15 Cr disbursement
Work Model:
- 2 days/week work from office, rest field work
