Job Description
Job Title: Sales Executive (Field Work)
Company: Add Chem Industries
Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities:
Generate new leads and identify potential customers in the assigned area
Visit clients on-site to promote company products (construction chemicals)
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Follow up on inquiries and close sales effectively
Prepare daily visit reports and update sales activities
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery
Requirements:
Minimum HSC / Graduate
0–2+years of experience in field sales (preferred)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Two-wheeler & valid driving license preferred
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
Skills Required:
Communication skills
Convincing ability
Target-oriented mindset
Basic MS Excel / reporting knowledge
