Job Description
- Sourcing and closing clients for selling Real Estate projects of various builders and property owners through telemarketing and online/offline media.
- Assessing client requirements and financial capacity to recommend suitable properties.
- Fixing customer appointments and arranging site visits from the leads generated through all resources, guiding clients during site visits and presenting project features, pricing, and USP.
- Assisting clients in completing booking forms, KYC documentation, token amounts and paperwork of the Builder.
- Presenting the company profile confidently to clients, builders and other channel partners.
- Maintaining strong follow-up with existing and prospective clients.
- Organizing, attending, and supporting promotional events conducted by the company or any builder.
- Maintaining updated location-specific knowledge of all pre-launched, ongoing, and completed projects, payment plans, schemes, offers and inventory changes in construction status through regular project visits.
- Coordinating with builder sales teams for negotiation, sales support and ensuring smooth closing of deals, documentation support, and post-booking follow-ups.
- Providing project knowledge, pitch training, and sales guidance to Telemarketers and Sales Executives.
- Monitoring performance of the Telemarketers and Sales Executives by tracking daily reports.
- Motivating Telemarketers and Sales Executives to meet targets and improve performance and ensuring consistent achievement of individual and team sales targets.
- Managing site disputes and resolving customer issues independently or with the support of seniors.
- Keeping real-time knowledge of property market conditions, banking, and loan-related matters.
- Coordinating with digital marketing & tele-calling teams to optimize lead flow and improve lead quality.
- Keeping track and ensuring Maharera compliance of all projects posted on the CRM & Website of the company.
- Management of the projects posted on CRM/Website of the company.
Note -
Having own Bike during the tenure of employmnt shall be mandatory for applying this job.
Real Estate marketing experience of 2 to 5 years is required.
Knowledge of Hindi, English, Gujarati and Marathi with speaking skills will be the added benefit.
Maharera Competency certificate will be the added benefit.
Salary Range: Rs 40000 to Rs 50000 plus incentives based on sales performance.
