Job Description
Shift & Team Management: Manage end-to-end shift operations, supervise floor staff (pickers, packers, loaders), and handle manpower deployment
Order Fulfillment: Ensure all orders are picked, packed, and dispatched well within the stipulated SLA timelines.
Inventory Control: Monitor inward/outward stock movement, prevent shrinkage, and enforce first-in, first-out (FIFO/FEFO) expiry management.
Store Standards: Maintain store hygiene, safety compliance, and ensure the dark store is always audit-ready.
