Sales Executive / Sales Representative (SE/SR)

Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Pune / Nashik

Job Role

As a Sales Executive / Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales, servicing retail outlets, increasing product visibility, ensuring product availability, and building strong relationships with retailers and distributors within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Visit retail outlets, supermarkets, wholesalers, and distributors on a regular basis

Generate orders and achieve assigned sales targets

Ensure product availability and visibility at retail outlets

Expand market coverage by identifying and onboarding new customers

Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors

Execute promotional activities and merchandising initiatives

Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements

Collect market feedback and competitor information

Ensure timely order processing and follow-up

Submit daily sales reports and route plans to reporting managers

Requirements

Experience in FMCG, beverage, packaged drinking water, or consumer goods sales preferred

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets

Knowledge of local markets and retail channels

Willingness to travel within assigned territory

Basic knowledge of mobile reporting applications and MS Excel

Preferred Skills

Experience in field sales and distributor servicing

Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills

Target-driven and result-oriented mindset

Ability to identify new business opportunities

Familiarity with local retail and wholesale markets

Field sales role with regular market visits
