Role Type: Back office - NDR Backend Operations

Job Responsibilities:

• Call customers who have placed orders once the parcel is dispatched from the warehouse and is in transit.
• Coordinate with customers in cases where:
• The courier agent is unable to reach the customer.
• The customer is not answering courier calls.
• The customer refuses delivery or requests rescheduling.
• Handle NDR (Non-Delivery Report) cases and ensure timely resolution.
• Update delivery status, remarks, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with courier partners to ensure successful deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communication and delivery outcomes.

Skills & Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on CRM systems.
• Experience with logistics platforms such as Shiprocket will be an added advantage.
• Ability to handle customer objections politely and professionally.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Training:

• Complete training will be provided for CRM, order processing, and NDR handling workflows.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• HSC, Any Graduate.
• Prior experience in logistics, order processing, or telecalling is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
