Job Description
*Job Opening – Back Office Executive*
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to handle documentation, dispatch coordination, and follow-ups.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Couriering invoices/bills to clients at their respective addresses in a timely manner
* Attaching LR (Lorry Receipt) / Proof of Delivery (POD) with invoices and maintaining proper records
* Scanning and uploading all relevant documents (invoices, LR, POD, etc.) in the system accurately
* Regular follow-up with concerned persons to collect LR and POD on time
* Ensuring all documentation is complete and properly filed for future reference
* Coordinating with internal teams for dispatch and documentation-related queries
* Handling day to day back office operations and administrative work
