Job Description
- Manage internatioanl shipment documentation, data entry, tracking updates, billing, and customer coordination (Back Office).
- Handle timely pickup and safe delivery of shipments, verify documents and maintain proof of delivery (Field Executives).
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th/Graduate as applicable.
- Basic computer/smartphone knowledge required.
- Valid driving license mandatory for Pickup & Delivery roles.
- Prior courier/logistics experience preferred; freshers may apply.
