Job Title: Back Office Sales Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Back Office Sales Executive to support our sales operations. The role involves preparing client quotations, handling order and invoicing processes, managing client communication, and coordinating between the sales team and management.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are organized, quick learners, and comfortable working with software tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and generate client quotations using company software (Windowmaker)
• Make revisions in quotations based on inputs from clients or sales team
• Convert confirmed quotations into system orders
• Generate and share invoices with clients
• Send payment reminders and follow up on pending payments
• Draft and send professional emails for quotations, follow-ups, and updates
• Coordinate between Sales Executives and Business Head for smooth workflow
• Maintain records of quotations, orders, invoices, and client communication
• Ensure all sales-related data is accurately updated in the system
• Support the sales team in backend operations and administrative tasks
• Ensure timely turnaround for quotations and communication

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email drafting
• Comfortable working with software tools
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Quick learner with a positive attitude
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
