Job Description

Job Role:

• Perform customer data entry and maintain records

• Send emails to clients (POD, updates, billing, etc.)

• Track courier shipments and update status

• Prepare daily/weekly courier reports

• Arrange and coordinate deliveries

• Communicate with customers via calls and WhatsApp

• Handle sales support and client coordination

• Basic knowledge of courier companies like DTDC, Blue Dart, etc.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp)

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English)

• Experience in courier/logistics field preferred
