Job Description

Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks as per standard recipes

 Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude, take orders, and process payments accurately

 Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and equipment

 Restock and replenish supplies, ingredients, and display items as required

 Educate and serve customers about menu items, recommend offerings, and upsell where appropriate

 Follow all food safety and quality control guidelines

 Support store operations including cashiering, cleaning, and assisting team members as needed

 Report equipment issues or inventory shortages to the Manager
