Hiring Billing Executive for Wholesale Jewellery Shop

We are looking for a Billing cum Accounting exec for our wholesale fashion jewellery shop. This is not a pure office job, so the person should be comfortable working desk in a traditional shop setup

Main work will be billing, invoice making, and computer-related work. Candidate should know billing software and financial accounting and should have prior experience in billing work and financial accounting for sure. Good English and basic computer comfort are required.

Since this is a wholesale shop environment, when there is no billing or accounting work, the person may also be required to help with other day-to-day shop work such as packing goods, checking items, or assisting staff in operations.

Requirements:

• Experience in billing work or billing software mandatory
• Comfortable using computer for billing and accounting tasks
• Good English
• Practical and willing to work in a shop environment
• Should be sincere and ready to help in daily operations when needed
• Good work ethic, and clean accounting ethic.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 8 PM FIXED

EXPERIENCE MANDATORY

We need someone who understands that this is a shop job, where work depends on daily business requirements, and billing as well as general support work may both be part of the role.
