Job Description
Qualification – Any Graduate
Experience - 1 to 5 years
Candidates with prior experience in the healthcare industry will be preferred
Key Responsibilities
- MIS Cash/Submissions to Accounts:
- Ensure proper submission of MIS Cash to the accounts department.
- Daily Discharges:
- Send refund and discount-related emails, if applicable.
- Update the tracker with discharge details.
- Maintain TAT for discharge CASH/TPA/CORPORATE.
- Outstanding Follow-Ups:
- Regularly follow up on outstanding dues.
- OT (Operation Theater) Clearance:
- Complete clearance processes on the same day.
- Provisional Billing:
- Provide a provisional bill daily to the patient's relatives.
- Obtain the required signature from the relative on the designated list.
- Estimates:
- Prepare cost estimates as per inquiries.
- Update the tracker with inquiry details.
