We build websites, run SEO campaigns, manage social media, and create content for Indian businesses that want to grow their online presence. We are a small, fast-moving team where every person has a direct impact on the company's growth. We are not a corporate , we are a builder's environment.

Why This Role ExistsWe currently operate on referrals alone. The services are strong, the delivery is solid, but we need someone who can go out and find the businesses that need us. This role is the front line of our growth , you find the businesses, build the relationship, and bring them in. The delivery team handles the rest.

This is not a desk job. You will be out in the field 4–5 days a week, meeting business owners, understanding their problems, and presenting how AdFox can solve them.

  • What You Will DoIdentify, approach, and meet small and medium business owners across Mumbai , door-to-door, market visits, business park walk-ins, and planned meetings
  • Understand the prospect's current digital presence (or lack thereof) and identify their pain points , no website, poor Google ranking, no social media, outdated design
  • Present AdFox Media's services clearly , website design, SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads , using our pitch deck and service materials
  • Generate a minimum of 10 qualified meetings per week with business owners or decision makers
  • Convert meetings into proposals, work with the internal team to prepare customized quotations based on the prospect's needs and budget
  • Follow up with prospects systematically , maintain a pipeline tracker with status updates on every lead
  • Close deals and hand over signed clients to the delivery team with complete onboarding documentation
  • Attend networking events, business exhibitions, and chamber of commerce meetings to generate leads
  • Provide weekly sales reports , meetings conducted, proposals sent, deals closed, pipeline status
  • Collect market intelligence , what are businesses asking for, what objections are they raising, what competitors are they considering

  • Clinics, dental practices, hospitals, and wellness centres
  • Real estate agents, builders, and interior designers
  • Coaching institutes, schools, and training centres
  • Retail shops, boutiques, and local brands
  • Manufacturing units and B2B service providers
  • Gyms, salons, spas, and personal care businesses
  • Law firms, CA firms, and professional service providers
  • Event planners, wedding vendors, and photographers
  • What We Provide YouProfessional pitch deck (26-page PDF) to present to prospects
  • Visiting cards, brochures, and brand materials
  • Pre-built proposal templates, you don't need to create proposals from scratch
  • Training on our services, pricing, and competitive positioning , you'll know the product inside out
  • Support from the delivery team for any technical questions during sales meetings
  • Clear incentive structure , your earnings grow directly with your performance

What We Need From YouMust Have:

  • 2–4 years of B2B field sales experience , ideally selling services (not products) to SMBs
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Fluent in Hindi and English , conversational Marathi is a strong plus for Mumbai market
  • Own two-wheeler with valid license , you will be covering ground daily
  • Comfortable with cold outreach , walking into a business, introducing yourself, and starting a conversation
  • Basic smartphone and WhatsApp proficiency for lead management and communication
  • Professional appearance and communication , you represent the company in every meeting


Good to Have:

  • Experience selling digital marketing, IT, or web services
  • Understanding of websites, SEO, and social media at a basic level (we will train you on the specifics)
  • Existing network of SMB contacts in Mumbai
  • Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or even Excel-based tracking)

Compensation & IncentivesBase Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience)

Incentives: 10% of the first month's contract value for every deal you close. For example:

  • Close a ₹50,000 website project → earn ₹5,000 incentive
  • Close a ₹25,000/month SEO retainer → earn ₹2,500 incentive
  • Close a ₹75,000/month full-service retainer → earn ₹7,500 incentive


There is no cap on incentives. The more you close, the more you earn. Top performers can realistically earn ₹50,000–70,000+ per month (base + incentives).

  • Interview ProcessStep 1: Resume screening
  • Step 2: Phone call (15 min) , basic fit check
  • Step 3: In-person interview , sales roleplay (you pitch AdFox to us as if we're a prospect)
  • Step 4: Offer and onboarding 
  • This Role Is NOT For You IfYou prefer working from a desk and making cold calls only , this is a field role
  • You expect leads to be handed to you , you will generate your own pipeline
  • You are not comfortable with rejection , field sales means hearing 'no' regularly
  • You want a 9-to-5 with no pressure , this is a target-driven role
