Job Description

Capius Wealth is a next-generation wealth intelligence platform focused on HNI/UHNI clients, alternatives, debt syndication, investment advisory, and financial product distribution powered by technology and advisory-led relationships.


Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition, channel partnerships, and revenue growth across wealth management, financial products, and advisory services.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire HNI/UHNI clients for wealth management and investment products.
  • Develop and manage relationships with IFAs, CAs, MFDs, corporate clients, and referral partners.
  • Generate business across PMS, AIF, mutual funds, debt products, insurance, and advisory solutions.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities across investment and financing products.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and investment discussions.
  • Coordinate with internal advisory and product teams for client servicing.
  • Maintain sales pipeline, revenue targets, and relationship MIS.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2–8 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, banking, NBFC, or investment distribution.
  • Strong network among HNI clients, IFAs, CAs, or corporate promoters preferred.
  • Good understanding of financial products including MF, PMS, AIF, insurance, and lending solutions.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and sales skills.
  • AMFI/NISM certification will be an added advantage.
