Business Development Executive (BDE)

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• CSR Prospecting:
• Identify 20-25 CSR prospects per month (companies, trusts, foundations).
• Database Management: Build and maintain updated CSR donor & partner records.
• Outreach: Conduct outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking platforms.
• Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads for fundraising and partnerships.
• Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings and follow-ups for the Fundraising Lead.
• Research: Study companies CSR focus areas, funding patterns, and eligibility criteria.
• Proposal Development: Prepare outreach messages, proposals, and presentations.
• Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams for submissions and documentation.
• Relationship Management: Maintain professional communication with donors and partners.
• Fundraising Support: Assist in achieving monthly fundraising and partnership targets.
• Event Participation: Support CSR meetings, events, and partnership discussions.
• Reporting: Ensure timely reporting and maintain records of proposals and conversions.
• Visibility: Collaborate with branding teams for CSR engagement visibility.

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills (English mandatory; Marathi/Hindi preferred).
• Basic knowledge of CSR and corporate partnerships.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, Canva.
• Good research, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a professional attitude.
