Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Closing Manager to drive site visits, client handling, and final closures for our Mulund East project. You will be the face of the project and responsible for converting walk-ins, hot leads & channel partner references into bookings.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Site Closures: Handle walk-ins, conduct site visits, present sample flat, and close deals on-site
  • Lead Management: Follow up with database, warm leads, and channel partner references till closure
  • Client Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and offers as per company policy
  • Channel Partner Coordination: Work with brokers to bring traffic and ensure closures
  • CRM & Reporting: Update daily activity, site visits, and closures in CRM. Share daily reports
  • Market Knowledge: Keep updated on competitor projects in Mulund/Thane
