Job Description
About the RoleEmpire Media is looking for a confident, energetic, and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to help grow our client base and build strong business relationships.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and the ability to generate leads, pitch creative solutions, and convert prospects into long-term clients. This role is perfect for someone who is ambitious, target-oriented, and passionate about branding, advertising, and digital marketing.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & OutreachIdentify and connect with potential clients through calls, LinkedIn, networking, emails, and referrals
- Generate qualified leads for branding, social media, ad films, performance marketing, and digital campaigns
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and business opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify new industries and growth opportunities
- Client Meetings & PitchingSchedule and conduct meetings with business owners, founders, and marketing decision-makers
- Understand client requirements and business goals
- Present Empire Media’s services, ideas, and creative solutions confidently
- Coordinate with the creative and strategy team for proposals and presentations
- Sales & ConversionFollow up with leads and maintain strong client communication
- Negotiate pricing, proposals, and deal structures professionally
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Convert prospects into long-term retainer clients
- Relationship ManagementBuild strong professional relationships with clients and partners
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams
- Maintain client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
- Skills RequiredStrong communication and presentation skills
- Confidence in meetings, calls, and client interactions
- Sales mindset with negotiation abilities
- Good understanding of digital marketing and branding services
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive personality
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment
- Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or marketing agency preferred
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus
