Business Development Executive – Food Packaging

Ivaanshi Printpack is a B2B supplier of customized food packaging, self-adhesive labels, rigid boxes, and commercial printing solutions. We provide high-quality customized packaging products to restaurants, cafés, bakeries, cloud kitchens, food manufacturers, FMCG companies, and businesses across various industries.

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive – Food Packaging to help expand our customer base and generate new business opportunities. The primary focus of this role is to promote our food packaging solutions while also offering labels, rigid boxes, and other customized printing products based on customer requirements.

As a growing company, we are looking for someone who is eager to learn, take initiative, and build long-term relationships with customers. The role is primarily office-based with occasional local visits to customers and suppliers whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

1) Business Development

Generate new B2B leads through IndiaMART, Email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, telephone, and other online platforms.

• Identify and approach restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, bakeries, food manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, and corporate buyers.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and convert them into business opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Achieve monthly business development and inquiry generation goals.

2) Sales & Customer Coordination

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packaging solutions.

• Prepare quotations and basic invoices using MS Excel.
• Maintain customer, inquiry, and quotation records.
• Coordinate with customers throughout the order process.

3) Supplier & Order Coordination

• Coordinate with printing partners, converters, and suppliers for timely execution of customer orders.
• Visit customers or suppliers occasionally whenever required.
• Carry product samples during customer meetings.
• Assist with order execution and dispatch coordination when required.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and internet applications.
• Comfortable making customer calls and following up on leads.
• Willing to travel locally for occasional customer and supplier visits.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility.
