Key Responsibilities

 Build and maintain strong relationships with customers via meetings, calls, and personal interactions

 Act as a bridge between the company and current/future markets

 Develop business networks with Builders, Realtors, CAs, DSAs & Corporates

 Guide customers on suitable loan products and explain terms clearly

 Achieve sales targets across multiple loan products

 Coordinate with bankers for smooth file processing (Login → Disbursement)

 Ensure compliance with bank policies and documentation processes

 Collect and verify customer documents as per checklist

 Track market trends and provide actionable feedback

 Manage team performance (for senior roles) along with individual targets

 Maintain proper MIS and reporting

Required Skills

 Excellent communication & presentation skills

 Strong leadership and team management abilities

 Result-oriented mindset with high motivation

 Ability to collaborate across departments

 Experience in BFSI / Telecom / Insurance / Real Estate preferred

Eligibility

 Any Graduate

 BBA/BCOM/BAF/BMS

 MBA/MMS

Compensation

 Freshers: ₹1.44 LPA – ₹3 LPA + Incentives + Contests

 MBA Candidates: ₹3 LPA – ₹4 LPA+ Incentives + Contests

 Experienced: ₹3 LPA – ₹12 LPA + Incentives + Contests
