Business Development Manager:


Drive Yodiso’s growth — generate leads, build relationships, and close deals for our software & digital marketing services.

About the RoleWe are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to fuel Yodiso’s growth by generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing deals across our web development, mobile app, custom software, and digital marketing services. You will be the bridge between prospective clients and our technical and marketing teams.



Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and field visits.
  •  Understand client requirements and pitch the right mix of Yodiso services — websites, web & mobile apps, e-commerce, custom software, SEO, social media, and PPC.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools, with disciplined and timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams for smooth project handover and client onboarding.
  • Maintain strong post-sale relationships to drive repeat business, upsells, and referrals.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to refine the sales approach.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT services, software, or digital marketing.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Hindi.

• Confidence in cold outreach and the ability to handle objections.

• Basic understanding of websites, apps, and digital marketing services — enough to pitch confidently.

• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting targets.

• Proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace and CRM tools.


Good to Have

• An existing network in the SME, startup, real estate, or e-commerce space.

• Prior experience selling software or marketing services.

• A two-wheeler for local client meetings.
