Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION : Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential , commercial, warehouse projects, build and maintain relationship with builders developers investors and landowners. Generate leads and convert them into sales or joint ventures , conduct market research and competitor analysis. prepare proposals , presentations and feasibility reports. Negotiate deals and finalize agreements .
LIAISON WORK : Coordinate with governments departments like BMC , REVENU TOWN PLANNING GOVT authority ,
Ensure approvals , permission and licenses are obtained on time , Handle documentation related to land acquisition and project approvals. Maintain strong network with local authorities and officials .Follow up on regulatory compliance and legal formalities.
skill : Strong negotiation and communication skill, knowledge of real estate market. good networking and liaison abilities ,
problem solving and decision making skills.
Preferred experience : Experience in dealing with local authorities in Mumbai (BMC, MHADA , GOVT, POLICE MATTER,)
EXPERIENCE IN REAL ESTATE 5 YEARS WITH LIAISION WORK AND BUSINESS DELVLOPMENT .
SALARY : 30000 TO 50000
