Job Title: Automobile Sales Consultant

Job Summary-We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Automobile Sales Consultant to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs, explaining product features, arranging test drives, negotiating prices, and closing sales. The role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for automobiles.

• Key Responsibilities
• Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom
• Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferences
• Present suitable vehicle options and explain features, specifications, and pricing
• Conduct vehicle test drives and provide detailed demonstrations
• Explain financing options, insurance, warranties, and after-sales services
• Negotiate pricing and finalize sales agreements
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain follow-up with potential and existing customers
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, and service departments
• Keep up-to-date with new models, competitor offerings, and market trends
• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented approach
• Basic understanding of vehicle financing and documentation
• Valid driver’s license (mandatory)
