Business Development Manager (BDM)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Acquire new clients through field visits and active prospecting.
• Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Build and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
• Negotiate and close deals while building long-term client relationships.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through post-sales support.

Requirements:

• Freshers with excellent communication skills or candidates with 0–2 years of Sales/Business Development experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Hunter mindset with a passion for client acquisition.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales.
• Willing to work 6 days a week with regular client visits.
• Own vehicle and DL is mandatory.
