Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Recruiter to source, attract, and hire candidates for frontline and blue-collar positions. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for conducting recruitment drives, visiting job locations, building candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely hiring to meet business requirements.


  • Key Responsibilities


  • Source candidates through field visits, job fairs, campus drives, local communities, and referrals.
  • Conduct recruitment drives in assigned locations.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for open positions.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing hiring needs.
  • Build relationships with local employment exchanges, training institutes, NGOs, and community organizations.
  • Ensure all recruitment documentation is completed accurately.
  • Provide regular recruitment status updates and hiring reports.
  • Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets.
  • Support onboarding activities and candidate joining formalities.
  • Promote the company's employer brand during recruitment campaigns.
